There is a vacancy coming up at no. 4 Hanover Cottages and a new tenant is needed. Anchor Housing Association manages the property and takes the final decision on who should take the tenancy, however the Warnford Parish Meeting has nomination rights. WPM has a very short window in which to nominate someone to take the vacant property. There is info about this on the website here.

We understand that any new tenant would be expected to take up the tenancy in late August. Anyone wishing to be considered by WPM should contact the Clerk here by 3rd AUGUST 2025. Anyone emailing on behalf of another should ensure the clerk is provided with written evidence that that other person consents to this.
